At Aris Global Forging & Machining LLP, we specialize in various forging techniques to cater to our customers’ diverse needs.

Our forging capabilities include Belt Drop Hammer, Close Die Forging, and Ring Rolling Forging. With our Belt Drop Hammer, available in capacities of 0.75 MT, 1 MT, 1.5 MT, and 3 MT. For Close Die Forging, we handle job weights ranging from 0.100 kg to 75 kg, ensuring precise and intricate shaping of metal parts. Additionally, our Ring Rolling Forging technique enables us to produce seamless rings with outer diameters ranging from 50 mm to 600 mm. forging capabilities, we provide our customers with high-quality, customized forged components for various industries.


Heat Treatment

Our heat treatment department is equipped with advanced heat treatment facilities to enhance the mechanical properties and durability of our products.

Our heat treatment facilities encompass various techniques, including
annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, and case hardening.Through meticulous temperature control and precise time cycles, we ensure optimal transformation and microstructural changes in the metal,resulting in superior product performance. With our expertise in heat treatment,


Shot Blasting

We employ tumbler-type shot blasting machines to achieve
thorough and efficient surface preparation of our forged and machined components.

Shot blasting is a mechanical process that involves propelling abrasive media, such as steel shots or grits, at high speeds to clean, descale, and enhance the surface texture of metal parts. Our tumbler-type shot blasting machine consists of a rotating drum where the components are placed. As the drum rotates, the abrasive media is propelled onto the parts, removing rust, scale, and other contaminants while imparting a uniform matte finish.



Machining main equipment is the CNC-VMC machining center and CNC lathe.

We have a variety of advanced processing equipment, lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines and advanced CNC-VMC machining centers. This makes us the best in the customer precision forging accessories products. At the same time, we can provide customers with better finished products, finishing and die manufacturing services



our Laboratory & Inspection department is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure the quality and integrity of our products.

Our comprehensive range of inspection tools includes a Spectrometer, Metallurgical Microscope, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Brinell Hardness Tester, Tensile Testing Machine (FSA make), Impact Testing Machine,Muffle Furnace, Jominy End Quench Test, and Double Disk Polishing Machine. These advanced instruments enable us to conduct thorough inspections and tests on our forged and machined components.
